Tranzqual is able to provide a range of services to assist with your workplace training needs.
You can contact us at any time to ask about setting up a training programme. We will discuss your training needs and programme options with you.
This might include how to:
- conduct a training needs analysis
- prepare a training plan
- identity a suitable training provider or assessor
- access subsidies to offset the costs of training
- register (hook-on) your trainees on to the National Qualifications Framework
- enter into a training agreement with your staff (your commitment to training and/or assessment) and how to register these with Tranzqual.
There are fees for registering as a trainee on the National Qualification Framework, registering a training agreement, and for registering assessment results. These fees are not subsidised and the employer usually pays these costs.
However, employers who contribute to the cost of training can expect a bonus payment from Tranzqual for each employee who achieves their full national qualification.
