Training and assessment
Ensuring workers in our industries have access to and consistently receive high-quality training is our top priority. We work in partnership with training providers and assessors as well as employers and trainees to achieve this.
We set training standards, develop training resources and support companies and trainees to accomplish their training objectives.
We focus on every aspect of training and assessment for our industries, including:
- supporting the process that determines who provides training or assessment for Tranzqual qualifications
- monitoring the process to become a training provider or assessor, and managing the assessor process
- implementing a moderation system to ensure assessments are valid, fair and consistent.
